Monitoring sleep

This is something I’ve been meaning to do for a while, so from now on each blog post will begin with an indication of what time I went to bed and how long I slept. The idea, I guess, is to find out what affects my sleep patterns.

Time to bed: 11:18pm Awake: 5:06am

Woke up early, couldn’t get back to sleep so just lay there looking at my phone.

I read that the blue light from the phone can keep you awake, so I’m going to keep my phone downstairs.
